Request and fill out an Onboarding Packet.
Request Sponsorship through TREC https://www.trec.texas.gov/
We collect and review the Onboarding packet, accept the sponsorship, collect any fee if applicable.
Congratulations! You are now a Clever Realtor.
Get ready to attend your first onboarding training!

Premium Plan

$300 Transaction Fee

This includes Residential and Commercial Sales and Commercial leases. The fee for Residential Lease is $150 per transaction.

$100 Monthly Fee

This fee will cover your sponsorship and all features of this premium bundle

No Annual Fee

You don’t have to be paying extra fees with us. Enough is enough.

E&O Insurance

The E&O insurance is included with our premium plan.
